Summer is always on my brain. I spend the warmer months trying to soak up as much sun and heat as I can and spend the winter months reminiscing about summer fun and buying new additions to my wardrobe that I can be worn when the mercury isn’t in the basement. Whenever I spot an eye-catching print, lush colours or a fun fashion trend I think, “Gee, that would perfect to wear this summer.”
One of those emerging trends is rose gold. While yellow gold is classic and white gold is luxe there is something warm and inviting about rose gold. The blushing kid sister of the precious metals family is having a moment as the versatile hue is popping up all over handbags, accessories, makeup and even clothes (Flare’s fashion director Liz Cabral was snapped by Tommy Ton wearing a rose gold shirt during New York Fashion Week). This summer is the perfect time to stock up on some rose gold pieces that will look great with sun-kissed summer skin no matter your complexion.
Below I’ve rounded up some rose gold pieces that will add some casual luxury to your wardrobe regardless of the season.
